The hotel is a little gem in Nice! Central location, soundproof room, very cute design, great cafe on the ground floor with gluten-free, vegetarian options, complimentary water on the arrival, English speaking staff. Spotless, perfect hotel. It was chosen for me by my family, I was surprised it has only 2 stars. I've stayed in the 4 star hotel before arriving to Nice which honestly was much worse than AMMI hotel. Would gladly return to it next time I'm in Nice!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Anything you needed they attended to, even restaurant recommendations. The room was bright and cheerful, with lots of places to put your things. The beds were comfortable. The room was neat, clean and quiet. The bathroom was spacious and had everything you needed. Tea and coffee were available in the room. We had a balcony with two chairs, and it was nice to sit out. Close to the train station, restaurants and beach. Very nice area. At reception you could get a drink and sit outside, or take it to your room. The room was clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast was tasty. Poached eggs, meat, cheese, bakery items, cereal, coffee, and tea. I'd recommend this small, boutique hotel.
