They stored our bags on new year night, which we spent in Rovaniemi, and put it to our room, which was the same (bigger) room! That was very nice of them. Also they provide many recommendations. The breakfast had many options, and was tasty. There is kitchen and unlimited coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the hotel, which is very practical in winter. We also enjoyed the sauna.

Most of the cabins have a private bathroom, a sauna, a TV and lake views, while some also include a seating area with a fireplace. The staff are all very helpful and nice people. We were allowed to check-in 2hrs earlier because our room was ready. They also helped us book our snowmobile aurora tour and the last min usage of the on-premise sauna room (which is chargeable). We really liked the interiors of the aurora hut, it was very nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also included in our booking and the spread was pretty decent.

Amd now the best part: Ioannis is the most welcoming, friendly and careful host you can ever meet. He loves to take care of his guests, and is happy to do and say whatever can make you feel welcomed. He stocked the house with plenty of all sorts of food (allowing us to have 2 full breakfasts and a lunch at home), we is ready to tell you everything about history, traditions, locations, but in a discrete and respectful way. Communications with Ioannis are a pleasure, and he can reach you, if needed, in no time. We had a wonderful time, and will come here again, if we can ❤️
