The room that was given to us was in a higher floor as I requested looking over the pool and the pretty Menorca hill .. you made our stay so special

The rooms don't have numbers but names, which feels more personal. The owners are very friendly, and I felt quite welcome. They can let you know about local attractions if you wish to. The check-in process was very smooth. I would stay there again next time I visit Ciutadella
