I arrived just before midnight after a dreadful car ride. The owner (Eloy) was incredibly kind and had already sent me the check-in information prior to my arrival. Unfortunately, one of the codes didn’t work, but he made the effort to meet me in the lobby despite the late hour. The room was one of the best stays I've ever had! The bed was extremely comfortable, and both the room and bathroom smelled wonderful—clean and absolutely welcoming. Drinking water and a welcoming snack were provided, which I really appreciated after the exhausting four-hour drive. I absolutely love this place!

The quietness at night and all the spring birdsong is very relaxing. Also the very good food and house wine are a must at their restaurant/bar. It's very close to Monforte de Lemos, both the Miño and Sil rivers with all their natural attractions and history, and not to forget about the local wineries.
