Amazing property, incredibly friendly staff. The food was amazing and the restaurant really exceeded expectations. Not the typical "canteen" buffet type of dinner.... a true restaurant. The apartments are very comfortable, the view amazing and the location good too. Not close to the mess of the discos, but not far from the seaside

It’s located in a quiet area and the building itself is very modern and new, which we really appreciated. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out. Breakfast was excellent. Although the selection was similar each day, the quality and taste more than made up for it—we were very satisfied overall. The rooftop area is definitely a highlight of the hotel. We arrived with a rental car and were pleasantly surprised to find that there was no need to reserve or pay for parking—there was always plenty of space on the street next to the hotel, even during the summer season, which was a huge plus. The hotel also offers some great additional amenities. One nice touch is that you get a discount on food and drinks at both the rooftop bar and the restaurant if you're staying at the hotel and using digital wallet—definitely a great added value. At first, I found it a bit unusual that we had to pay for the hotel outside of the Booking.com platform, but later I read that this is actually a common practice in Tenerife, not just for this hotel but for many others as well. So in the end, it was totally fine. In the area, there are also supermarkets and some good restaurants. The nice beach is a few minutes walk from hotel. All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was clean, towels changed daily, room cleaning also daily, perfect breakfast, you can eat everything you would think of The employees were also very polite and understanding The pool has it's own salt water, Wonderful food at the pool restaurant with ok prices If I go to Tenerife again I will stay here for sure!! Situated in Adeje, 200 metres from Playa El Pinque, Adrián Hoteles Roca Nivaria features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Our room was good with stunning views. As we had a half board, breakfast was excellent and dinner delicious with plenty of food choices like fish, meat and vegetables. Nice and clean place! Will definitely be back soon.

Villas with pool are spacious, with very nice views and we had total privacy without neighbors. Everything was perfectly clean and the pool is heated, so you can enjoy it all the day and night long. Shopping center is just 1km away and you can fill the fridge with all you need to enjoy and relax.
