The first good impression is by Mr. Mohmoud, the lobby manager and staff, all the staff are positive and try to help. There is no fly, mosquitoes etc. in room, very clean. The whole lay out of the resort is good.

Food and the food options were great, restaurant and reception staff were super friendly. The aquapark is really cool. Also it has very nice spots and props for photo-shooting so bring nice clothes with you, we can recommend it. We saw so many sea turtles in Abu Dhabab bay, this place is also quite close to Elphinstone if diving is of interest. Abu Dhabab bay is also amazing place to start diving for kids.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. A special thank you to Mr. Sameh for his exceptional efforts in ensuring our stay was filled with happiness and satisfaction. His dedication truly made a difference. The culinary experience at the hotel's restaurants was outstanding. We were delighted by the variety of dishes available, each meal a new adventure for our taste buds. The chefs and staff deserve high praise for their hard work and creativity. Despite the minor issues, we were thrilled with the complimentary upgrade provided for our comfort, especially with our baby. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, our experience at Sunrise Anjum Hotel was fantastic, and we look forward to returning in the future. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were doing their best. Great choice of meals . Everything fresh and tasty. Also good quality food products, which is not so obvious in hotels. Nice beach, lots of pools, even with warm water. Well equipped gym, sauna and jaquzzi. Quite large area which is designed in a way that you just don’t see other people if there are many of them. Everyone can have a place for oneself. Nice animation team. They do their job but without being too pushy. Water in the room all the time, do you dont habe to ask for any additional bottles . Lots of bars with drinks and snacks. We had a really nice stay.

I've stayed at La Casa Guest House for a week. My whole experience since the beginning till my last day surpassed all my expectations. Mishu, Omar and Mahmoud are trully the best. They make you feel at home and tailored every need and requirement you may have. They did everything and more so you can enjoy the most of Marsa Alam. Mishu, the owner of the place, truly loves and puts hard work and passion in what he does and it shows in every detail. A new word should be invented to describe the level of hospitality and wormth experienced while you stay at La Casa. Definitely, I will come back and recommend to everyone who wants to experience Marsa Alam in a deeper level to stay at La Casa.
