I have to mention mr Haytham from front office which number i got when we booked our stay and our entire 12 days that we spent there he was link with hotel and he was there for all our questions and requests. He even upgraded our room for free, which by the way we didn’t ask for but anyway he gave us one of the best rooms with most amazing view and location in resort. When we booked our stay i was really shocked by the rating they have on both booking and google, but after these 12 days all is clear and we will definitely come back in close future. The cafeteria servers were quick on the cleanup and removal of your dishes. Sometimes they were too fast. Plenty of food and the facility was well taken care of.
