Iliyana and Omnia (excuse me if I've misspelt names) made the morning even better at breakfast with their warm smiles, excellent service, and helpful attitudes. The Coffee was awesome! We liked being greeted by friendly faces and big smiles from the cleaning team of Abdlfattah and Maha. Importantly, our rooms were always well-looked-after and clean. Thank you!

Hello Mrs Bassant, Our first day at the hotel was a real nightmare, because when I and my 7 years old daughter arrived at the hotel at 24:30 at night, we were really tired after a long journey went to our room and just wanted to sleep, but the air conditioning didn’t work so we call the front desk to send someone to fix it and we had to call 3 times before someone came and did fix it but a half an hour later the fire alarm went out and we call and call, they answer and every time they said that the help is on the way but no one came. We took our luggage and went out from the room ,because of the alarm noise. Went to the reception and could see that they are sitting and enjoying, got really angry at them and then they came to fix it. Wanted to take another hotel the next day but after we did meet Mr, Mahmoud the manager of the wellness center and Mrs Bassant the hotel manager so everything changed in a very positive way. My 7 years old daughter wanted to swim but the water was cold because of something was wrong with the heating, but Mr Mahmoud right away started to fix the issue. He did everything to make her happy and give os free access to the wellness center. He even cancelled his holiday with his family just to be at the hotel and make sur that the pool water is warm enough and my daughter is happy. REALLY APPRECIATED . Mrs Bassant as well did everything to make our stay at this hotel unforgettable and she all the time was there to help us and made sure that we had a great time and enjoying. Last day my daughter got a little bit sick and Mrs Bassant was there to help. That’s how a professional hotel manager must to be, THANKS A LOT. best regards Waheed Stoman

I work in travel and service so my expectations run quite high. I chose this location because of the location and cleanliness of the rooms. Turned out to be much better than I had imagined, truly. The staff was exceptional. Abdulla Hamdan was at my service the entire week and made me feel like I was truly at my home away from home. Ghufran and Mohammad were also very very professional and I highly recommend this building. The entire staff truly went above and beyond and this does not exclude the cleaning staff that made my stay so easy. The streets aren't complete yet, and there is some morning construction still, however the reliable internet, comfortable bedding, and extensive AC units throughout the apartment made it more than comfortable for my entire family. You cannot tell from the pictures too much, but this apartment is huge. If anybody is looking for an apartment that is newly finished, with an exceptional location and a one of a kind family-esque staff, look no further. I can't wait to visit this area again to come here and enjoy the time with these great folks.
