The spacious rooms are air conditioned and feature satellite TV. Some have a balcony and all are filled with natural light. We received a free update to a Nile View room, which was had indeed a very beautiful view. The room was spacious and clean. As I was not feeling well on our departure day I was able to book the medical service the hotel provides (a doctor comes directly to your room), which was very helpful. Also the hotel was so kind to leave us stay in the room longer than the usual check-out time for free, so that I was able to rest until our flight. Due to my condition we also used the room service, that provides different dishes for decent prices. We also tried the Libanese restaurant on site, which had very nice food! We can highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely come back!

Everyone welcomed me warmly when I walked in. “KR” stands for “Kareem”, which is the hotel's full name - looking for the full name instead would be easier to locate. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly! Mahmoud, a wonderful young man, serves you with his heart. Another young man - I can’t spell his name, but he has green eyes- beautiful- you will easily recognize him, not because of his red hair and green eyes, but also his bright smile. Overall, my stay there was great! Egypt has the nicest people, and KR has been a highlight of my experience. I really love them and recommend this place to you!
