We were welcomed by a friendly smile and our room was great! Bed was comfortable, hot water was perfect, and the inclusion of a small fridge and kettle were very helpful with saving a bit of money on breakfasts. Location is great - easy walk to the docks and close by to Concha for snorkelling. They offer all the most popular Isabela tours, and the prices they quoted us were much better than what we’d already pre-paid on Santa Cruz. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

She was so communicative and responsive from the moment we booked and throughout our stay. She sat down with us and told us about her favorite restaurants, lent us aloe when I got sunburned, and let us borrow her fins since we had had trouble finding some in the size we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with hot water in the shower and an air conditioner that worked well. We ended up booking a few tours through her as too and we were so pleased with the quality of those as well. Can't recommend the Black Pearl enough!

The bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful corner room with lots of natural light and a great breeze. The shower was good, brekky was lovely and the staff were fantastic. Just outside of town, maybe a 10 minute walk. Would recommend— great value for money!

The facilities are very clean and well-maintained with all the amenities provided. The staff is very pleasant and professional! The breakfast is delicious with an excellent view of the entire bay!

Beds were super comfortable, clean, good wifi, AC, kitchen had everything you needed, easy walk to town and the ferries. Spacious room to hold a big family. Olga and Melina are super nice. Olga gave us a welcome breakfast upon arrival and Melina helped out on booking day tour and getting taxi for us.
