Great hotel with great facilities that, unfortunately, we did not use. Pleasant hotel, close to the city center and airport. Big rooms with very comfortable beds. We used the free taxi service from the airport to the hotel and for 5$ from the hotel to the airport. Great breakfast buffet. Highly recommended

Unipark by Oro Verde Hotels is located beside Parque Seminario and within Unicentro Shopping Mall, opposite the Metropolitan Cathedral and just 3 blocks from Malecón 2000. It features a modern fitness centre and free WiFi throughout the hotel. They couldn’t receive us, but they sent us to Oro Verde Hotel.

Located 3 minutes away from the Jose Joaquin de Olmedo International Airport and half a mile from Plaza del Sol, this hotel offers modern accommodation in the main commercial and financial area of Guayaquil. It features a wellness centre, and free WiFi and parking are provided. The staff truly were incredible from the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to help. For example, we needed assistance with our Galapogos form, and was helped with each step. As well, we needed some cash from an ATM, the security man didn't just tell us where the bank machine was. He went with us and stood by as we got our cash out. The morning shuttle was stuck waiting at the airport, and without us knowing, they had a paid private taxi at the door minutes early the take us. That is great customer service. We highly recommend this hotel! We also tried the room service food, and it was great, reasonable.

The city and its people will treat you exactly the same.

Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. There were a couple of options for breakfast, location was good, close to what we needed. The private and common areas were clean.
