A recently renovated property, CASA GALAPAGOS by Hostal Fragata is set in Puerto Ayora near La Estacion Beach, Tortuga Bay. Among the facilities at this property are a 24-hour front desk and full-day security, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Owners of the place were extremely helpful and friendly. They brought us to the ferry and to the entrance of the Tortuga Bay walk. They also had great advice on restaurants activities and dive schools. On top of that the location was nice and quiet, but still within 10 minutes walk of the main street. Rooms were new, clean, nice showers, nice breakfast. 10/10

The bed was incredible. It’s very close to the ferry and close to everything downtown! The room was super clean.

Certain units at the property feature a balcony with a sea view. Gorgeous property and wonderful host. A bit out of town 7 min walk but the view and the quiet are so worth the walk.

Both the hotel and hostel have wonderful grounds that you’re happy to return to after busy days, and while it’s an approximate 10min walk from center, I felt very safe and didn’t mind it one bit. Andrea is so great, infinitely kind and helpful. I enjoyed the pool, I looooved my room.

At the guest house, units come with a seating area. Excellent spot just on the edge of town but still so close to everything. It was super clean and the room we got was such a lovely big room at such good value for money. Lastly, Joel and his family were lovely hosts, really willing to help and make things nice for us and help us save money!

Housed in a building dating from 2010, this apartment is 1.4 km from Los Alemanes Beach and 600 metres from Tortuga Bay. The apartment features family rooms. Everything was wonderful! Martin and his family are amazing and my only regret is we did not get to spend more time with them (too busy enjoying the island). The beds are very comfortable, great shower and hot water, the air conditioning works great, and very spacious room. A very nice yard to relax in. It’s a few blocks off the Main Street and about 10 minutes to the waterfront. Very quite yet close to everything. If we come back to the island, we will stay then again!

I felt at home and lucky to found this lovely space in San Cristobal and most of all this genuine family atmosphere! Nestled in their beautiful and pristine home, you find both space and tranquility. A mere 15-minute stroll takes you to the vibrant city center and the stunning Playa Man beach is also 15 minutes walk. A spacious room adorned with large windows and an unused but available AC. and super clean bathroom. The kitchen, a haven of cleanliness and enjoy other travelers. The family is really kind, trustworthy, attentive, caring, humane, and authentically helpful. Though the internet might not be the speediest, a satellite antenna investment promises improvement in just a few days. Additionally, they offer snorkeling equipment for a mere $2.50, making your underwater adventures affordable. While I wish they also rented bikes for easy exploration, my overall stay was marked by warmth, cleanliness, and the charm of a truly authentic experience.

The property has inner courtyard and quiet street views, and is 500 metres from Tortuga Bay. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. Very nice apartment equipped with everything you need! The owner is lovely and always helpful. The flat is very big, with a comfortable bed and good shower. There are quite a few windows, so it gets very bright in the morning! If you have issues with the light, bring an eye mask. Internet works very well. Kitchen is well equipped so easy to cook. No washing machine, but there is a laundry nearby. The flat is located 10/15 minutes walk from the main street of Puerto Ayora.

The apartment has good size and is well equipped with all the utensils necessary to prepare your meals, if desired. Also drinking water was provided during the entire stay. Two snorkeling equipments are available to use for free, if needed. We met the family and the little daughter, Amelia, so cute 😊. We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay.

Lenke is amazing! She was so communicative and responsive from the moment we booked and throughout our stay. She sat down with us and told us about her favorite restaurants, lent us aloe when I got sunburned, and let us borrow her fins since we had had trouble finding some in the size we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with hot water in the shower and an air conditioner that worked well. We ended up booking a few tours through her as too and we were so pleased with the quality of those as well. Can't recommend the Black Pearl enough!
