Hosts are wonderful and helpful, secure parking right outside your door and the chalets look brand new and are very comfortable. A convenient stroll to everything in this beautiful town. Breakfast was delicious.

Unfortunately, we stayed only one night, but this place is just great and the hosts could not have been more helpful, the communication was excellent and the coffee was the best ever. This small hotel is not only new (opened three years ago) but also perfectly maintained and super clean. Tucked in a quiet and safe corner, in a short walking distance to a shopping mall (2 mins away), taxis and ATMs, the hotel is also close to the city centre, so we even walked downtown (15 mins) and back in the evening. The beds meet the standards of a four-star hotel, so you can sleep comfortably after chilling in bed watching Netflix and resting before climbing Chimborazo.

The living room/lounge was great. You could refill your water bottle in the kitchen. The shower, albeit shared, was luxurious, with hot water and you could control the temperature. Irma went out of her way to ensure I got my laundry washed in time before I left. She also connected me with a trusted cab driver.

Oh my goodness, it is so cool. The spa! Just gawking at its beauty is transformative. Chimborazo cleared for us, and we saw every bit of the glaciated 20,400' peak. And did I mention the food? Gourmet, lovely presentation, reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet made it hard not to get absolutely stuffed. What an incredible place.
