I recently stayed at this property, and it exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was amazing—comfortable, spotless, and had all the necessities. The gorgeous garden was a peaceful oasis, perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

We liked everything very much, a wonderful spacious villa with a sea view, a gorgeous pool, a large barbecue area, new air conditioners, 2 bathrooms, a huge kitchen, the owner of the villa is a wonderful responsive woman ready to help at any time, there is parking and a place for children to play, there is a good restaurant and an inexpensive supermarket nearby. The location of the villa is ideal, 1.5 km to the water park and 5 km to Ayia Napa. The neighbors are quiet, the place is prestigious.

The house had everything, even coffee, oil, spices. Very clean and stylish. Beautiful yard to seat outside. The location is ideal to avoid the buzzy roads of Ayia Napa and Protaras and the view is beautiful, every room has its own bath and TV. We stayed for two days and needed more to enjoy the house

Excellent location, 3 minutes from the beach, most of the bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
Spotless rooms, great stuff.
It is very clean and there is a nice breakfast provided.
I would certainly recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay there again.

Everything was spotless! Very well equipped, felt like home. Excellent communication. There was even brand new colors and coloring books left in the beautiful cabinet for our 6 year old. Location is a 10 min walk to town. Smart Tv , AC units in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 Toilets. Quiet and clean Apartment complex. The pool was very clean. Latchi beaches just a 10 min drive. We have been staying in Polis every year for as long as I remember. This was by far my favorite apartment.

We loved staying at Santa Barbara, and can’t wait to come back again next year. The design and the aesthetic of the villa was stunning. Everything was immaculate and well presented. Cleanliness was a big deal for me and the girls, and everything really was spotless. The location as well was perfect for us… we were so close to the water, but also not far away from some of the more traditional touristy stuff.

Simple, low cost apartments, in an ideal location if you are after a quiet and chilled place. Staff were super friendly and willing to organise taxis etc. and even welcomed us with fresh fruit.

Beautifully maintained hotel in an ideal location to all thats going on in Protaras but not too close !!! Hotels biggest draw has to be its staff. The place is spotless from dawn til dusk and every team.member is warm, welcoming, happy and charming. Fantastic team, honestly, amazing people. Dont give 10 out of 10 for anywhere but this place came very close.
