Hot coffee awaiting in our private outside lounge area every morning and fabulous breakfast available on order. We would definitely stay again !

You couldn’t wish for better hosts and room/ garden / kitchen facilities / location and maybe I was lucky but all the other guests ( maximum of 12 ,at a time ) were amazing people . My 10 days were making great new friends , very kind and genuine people seem to gravitate to this beautiful hotel . You will see monkeys in the trees and wake to their howls & the bird life and that’s it , no road noise , leisurely coffee and breakfast then onto your day :) Absolutely faultless , highly highly recommend . The hostel was very sociable and there was a very nice sharing dynamic. We cooked a lot of meals all together. There was a lot of spices to choose from as well as cooking oil which was very nice as most costa rica hostels dont offer this. The small common areas make it super propice to socialize with people. Nice clothing line to hang clothes. I felt like at home.

This 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The hotel also provides free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Everything! It was a sanctuary for me. Clean, well-maintained, nicely designed room and space (the room was also very spacious — I could even lay out a yoga mat and practice everyday with more than enough space to walk around it). There’s a self-contained kitchen if you wanna cook. Also the owners and staff are fab — very friendly and helpful :) Close to restaurants and shops. It’s a short 2-3min walk to the main street and a big supermarket right there… and you can walk to the beach in about 10mins or less. If you’re feeling lazy, there are about 4 restaurants at your doorstep. As a solo female traveler, I also felt really safe. Would totally recommend this place to anyone visiting Tamarindo!
