Great hotel with comfortable clean rooms. The view of the volcano from the pool is amazing. Really liked the seating area outside the rooms. The breakfast was amazing, really big and good variety. Nice pool at the hotel and it’s also great that you get access to the thermal pools at the sister hotel. It’s within walking distance to lots of restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Receptionist was extremely helpful and patient, a big plus therefore. We really had an amazing time at the property. The room was high-end with a perfect little pool, it even looks better in live than on pictures.

We loved the cosiness of the tent, the outside seating area and the beautiful setting too. It was really well equipped with great attention to detail.
