At checkin, reception was warm, polite and welcoming. The room is comfortable and large. Bedding is soft. We slept well. Insulation is great. Chinese and Western breakfast is very good with ample choice. Staff service is a 10. We stayed here 5 nights and will stay here next time we will be in Xian.
