The location can't be beat – just a 2-minute walk to the park. The front desk staff is amazing; they spoke great English and helped us book tickets and plan our day. The breakfast was delicious with great coffee, and the gym was a nice bonus. So many restaurants and shops right downstairs. Highly recommend for an easy and fun trip!​

Superb hotel in a stunning location. The staff were tremendously helpful - sorted our park tickets and transfers without a hitch. The pool was a godsend after a day's hiking, and the breakfast was top-notch. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would definitely return!

Nice, clean rooms in a central but quiet location. They even sent my adapter straight away to my next destination which was very kind. Highly recommend.

A truly excellent hotel offering all the essential amenities: spacious and luxurious rooms, a projector, breakfast, and laundry services. Its location is ideal: just steps from the entrance to Zhangjiajie National Park and set within a charming, cozy town. What sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding staff. From day one, they were exceptionally helpful, explaining in detail all the activities in the Zhangjiajie area, creating a complete visit plan for us, and arranging tickets. Their hospitality went far beyond expectations: when we asked if they had a basketball for the nearby court, they didn’t, so they went out and bought one within minutes. Later, when we lost an item in a Didi, they immediately contacted the driver and arranged its return, sparing us significant trouble and expecting nothing in return.
