They don't speak English, which is very common in Chongqing, they have translator app but I recommend you to download Baidu Translate App also. Staff is very nice and friendly and you can communicate with them daily through WeChat App to request cleaning/mentainance. . The rooms are located by the lifts area, where is a big desk with security, that area is accesible by the main entrance using the big left side door; but they will guide you to the lifts. The building is in a nice area, with great cheap food, a small streetfood market at night in front of the building and great restaurants, 24h convenience stores everywhere, pharmacy etc. You can easily walk to the main attractions, use the metro system or order a car. All in all, a great great stay.

But the best thing is the rooftop from where you can see a part of the city, btw you can see the drone show from here if you don't feel like walking to the bridge ;)
