I already knew I would feel at home even before arriving there, because from the moment I booked, Lucky kept in touch to ensure that my mother and I arrived at the correct address and that we didn't have any difficulties. Unfortunately, we arrived feeling unwell, and Lucky spared no effort to help us, getting medicine, making tea, and suggesting nearby places to visit. And even after we left, she still contacted us to see if we had recovered. We felt very welcomed and well cared for. The hotel very cozy and well located. we totally recommend for everyone.

The staff is really sweet and nice, even though the language barrier can be difficult. But they have their own translation apps ready when you arrive for questions. They also gave me a free room upgrade and lengthend my checkout time when i got sick on the last day. Literally a 10/10 hotel. Would reccommend over and over.
