Whatever you need they will help, from a late arrival, room fixes, local apps usage and general orientation and help all the way to bringing you around in his own private car, researching online, walking you to a restaurant and helping you order, teach you how to eat local foods or take you to a tasting and buying tea session. All with a smile and a great attitude. They also went out of their way to help us organize a next day visit at nearly midnight the day before and order from local websites using their own accounts! The rooms and facilities match the price and could see some renewal but they are completely acceptable. The place is in a quiet area but right next to a street food of exciting eateries and places to go out at night.

Breakfast was complimentary and very satisfying. The location is excellent, only a 5-minute walk to the nearest station, and very easy to find. The hotel is on the 15th floor with clear signage. We truly appreciated the complimentary laundry service and wish we could have stayed longer. If you’re looking for a very cheap, affordable stay in Chongqing, this property is highly recommended.
