Sophie the hostess was amazing. She offered to pick us at the airport and send us on the day of departure. She was also very accommodating to our needs in many ways. She even offered to drive us to visit the Great Wall and the Forbidden City. Since language is a barrier for those who don’t speak English, Sophie speaks perfect English and was able to help us navigate some taxi rides that we took independently. Amazing place to stay!
