This is one of the most amazing places I've stayed in.
Big and very clean rooms. The shared bathroom was very clean and they offer all kinds of toiletries. Wet wipes, hand sanitiser, etc.
The kitchen was great and it is self serving breakfast but you have eggs, fruit, tea, etc.
The host will drive you to and from downtown for no additional cost and he is amazing. Anything you need, he's gonna try and get it for you.
On top of all, it was more affordable than the other places in the area.

Spacious and very clean apartment with a modern bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Perfect for our pre W-Trek planning and packing. Great location, 5-min walk to centre of town. The host is lovely and speaks great English. We thought this was great value for money.

One of the best campings we experienced in Patagonia. The kitchen is very clean and well equipped. The camp sites have wind shelters. Ideal location, just a few minutes from the bus station. Very helpful staff.

Really friendly staff, well-equipped and well-sized kitchen, super clean bathrooms. Quiet & calm vibes from other guests. The lockers in the dorms were the most spacious we've seen in 8 months travelling! Great location between the bus station and the town, with a lavanderia just around the corner. We hired equipment for camping at the front desk too which was a good deal and great quality stuff :-)

Great great place to stay in Puerto Natales. The staff is super helpful, the dorms clean and cosy, the showers hot, kitchen perfect to cook and have meals, location super practical between the bus station and city center. The breakfast starting at 5 is ideal before leaving for the park. Free storage during the trek is the cherry on the cake. Thanks for everything!

The location was great. Close to the city center. The room and the bathroom were modern and very clean. A nice break after staying at few other dingy places in the area.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The girl at the reception spoke good English. This was very helpful since we did not speak any Spanish.

Ideal location for the park and good value for money compared to other accommodation on offer. Staff was so kind and helpful. Notified them in advance so they could accommodate us for an evening meal and they provided us with a pack lunch for the next day.

The location was very central, within a 10 minute walk to the city centre. The facility was very clean and the rooms were cleaned every day, not a level of atention we expected for a hostel. Finally the staff were wonderful. They went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. They were able to accomodate my dietary needs for breakfast. The gentleman at the front desk was always happy and his good mood was infectious. We would highly recommend this hostel.
