United KingdomUrsula and Kurt were the most welcoming hosts and made us feel right at home. Room was very clean and tidy with very comfortable beds with a balcony with a stunning view. Large bathroom with lots of towels available with a mini fridge and a kettle. Very accommodating with the English language with translations on hand for clear communication. Perfect for a traveling couple or solo travelers.

The location was superb and the tranquillity was amazing, with views over Lake Luzern, the ideal place for getting away from it all. Reception and catering staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was continental style, varied and plentiful. The local bus stop was about a ten minute walk and the service to Brunnen railway station departed at 05 and 35 minutes past the hour. There was a small shop and ATM close to the bus stops.

Easy and free parking, despite the location being on a very busy road there is a pathway you can use to walk into town, or an easy one stop on the train from the station at Hurden. The breakfast was good and plentiful. There was a problem with our room when we arrived and whilst that wasn't ideal, it was resolved satisfactorily and quickly. The room was very hot, but a fan was provided.

Location was great. My room was upgraded to a suite which included a terrace. Great way to enjoy a pizza from the Italian restaurant downstairs. The only issue was the name of the Hotel was not marked. It just said Hotel so I missed it and ended up travelling downtown and then coming back out.
