I arrived 3 hours before check-in to leave my luggage, but I was told that I could already check in because the room was ready, which made me very happy, a big plus. The rooms, bed linens, bathroom, and toilets are very clean. Each bed has a light and a socket. The hostel is modern and very comfortable, with all the amenities you need. Also, the view from the window was great !

Authentic building, as long as I understand with several centuries of history, but looks and feels absolutely great, comfy and newish. Accomodation has a self check-in, check-out system, garden and big room with a fireplace to relax during rainy days. Owner and her assistant are both very friendly and willing to help, incredibly nice people. The chalet has guest parking and is located within 5 minutes from Brienz train station and lake promenade.

Right next to Interlaken Ost Train Station, Youth Hostel Interlaken is situated between Lake Brienz and Lake Thun. It offers free Wi-Fi, a restaurant and a snack bar.

Free breakfast was great option to have. We were there earlier and they kept our things safe while we went out for a while. Everything is clean, complete amenities and staff was fantastic. Even those shared bathrooms are super clean like hotels.

Loved everything. Such a cosy home for a few days and a great location close to shop and. Ys stop- easy walk to town. Host very receptive and helpful. Everything provided and lively and warm. Very sad to leave our little Swiss studio - totally relaxed here!

Great terrace for breakfast enjoying the views over the lake and the mountains. Nice spot for swimming in the lake right in front of the hotel.
