Built in the 1890s, this historic hotel was one of the first hotels in Lauterbrunnen. The family-run Hotel Staubbach offers panoramic views of the Staubbach Falls and Lauterbrunnen Valley. It is located 600 metres from the Lauterbrunnen station and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. We loved our stay here. Perfect location easy walking distance from the train station. The view was just incredible! We were in a frontal falls view room #9. It was perfect. Waking up to the view of the falls and alps is something I will never forget. And drinking champagne on the balcony at night. Everything was spotless, room and bathroom nice size. Plenty of room for our luggage. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety. And the dining room has views of the falls and mountains. The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful! Would just bend over backwards to make you happy. Especially the young woman at reception. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name.

The Swiss-style rooms are pleasantly and comfortably furnished. Most rooms also offer spectacular views of the mountains and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. My husband and I stayed on the top floor of this hotel for 6 glorious nights. The staff were all top notch. We have zero complaints. Our time in Murren and the surrounding Berner Oberland will be one of our favorite memories for the rest of our lives. The views from the room, and everywhere else you go, is like a picture postcard. If we are ever lucky enough to return, we would stay at the Alpina without question. Roger was particularly terrific!

All rooms are accessible with a lift or spiral stair. All rooms are equiped with TV, free wifi and with a hairdryer. Very friendly, nice rooms and view up to the mountains. Also 1min walk from the HB. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Situated right above Lake Brienz, the Hotel Brienzersee (Garni) offers superb views from the rooms and from the lakeside terrace, the Brienzersee hotel is only a 5-minute drive away from the centre of Interlaken. It's a bit away from the Interlaken Ost but the bus runs every 30 minutes to take you to and from the train station. The hotel is very close to the bus stop and after you get off the bus, it's quite easy to find the hotel as well. The view from the balcony of the room was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again if I ever return to the Interlaken area.
