Excellent communication prior to arrival informing me of directions to get there and info about the Interlaken guest card they provide us with. Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful. We cheeked out very earlier in the morning so they left a box with breakfast for us to eat on the road.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains.

All rooms are accessible with a lift or spiral stair. All rooms are equiped with TV, free wifi and with a hairdryer. Everything was perfect! Location, room AND service. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Guest house and the food was delicious. Can not say enough how friendly and helpful all of the staff were. The room was modern and clean and very comfortbale.
