The rooms are spacious, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The neighbourhood felt very safe. Cathy was the kindest host, and cooked us a delicious dinner & breakfast during our stay. She also helped organise a taxi to the airport which was only a 5-10 min drive away. Highly recommend & we would definitely stay again.

The family that owns the place was kind and helpful.

We only stayed one night, our last night. Location was perfect for us - 15 minutes from the airport. The area was quiet, supermarket very close. The owners are still renovating / upgrading parts of the building - but what they have done is to an excellent standard. Our room and outside area was great ... so much so that we decided to stay in, do a cook up and watch a movie (Netflix was a nice bonus) rather than hunt out a restaurant. After 3 weeks of travel it felt like a little oasis. The owners have renovated to a high standard - great kitchen / bathroom, AC throughout. A comfortable night ahead of a long journey

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Location was just perfect. View straight to the ocean. Bars and restaurants just next door , but NOT noisy or intrusive. Everythings is easy walking distance, plenty of supermarkets nearby ( 2 mins walk). The villa was really spacious, very well stocked with kitchen items for making cocktails or cooking if you wanted a night in or breakfast. Bedrooms really large and beds really comfortable, shower was good. Pool was lovely and private but still open to the beach scene. Rooftop spa and BBQ was a real bonus, it was lovely up there. Staff were very attentive, no issues at all.

Facing the beachfront, Treetops Hotel offers 5-star accommodation in Caye Caulker and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area. Certain units at the property include a balcony with a sea view. We loved our stay at Treetops. The room was comfortable and had all you need. Its location is convenient - an easy walk everywhere but just far enough from the nightlife that you can’t hear any of it once you arrive home. And, if you’d rather not walk, several bikes are available. The staff is friendly, everything is clean and meticulously maintained. Can’t wait to visit again!
