We arrived early and they accommodated our early check in. We dined at the hotel restaurant and food was delicious and our waiter is wonderful. Convenient location and lots of restaurants and shops around the area. Had a great experience and would stay here again.

While I was on business with limited time to relax, it was a blessing to contemplate the gentle snowfall and sit after hectic conference days going through several of the great books present in the living room and bedroom for a nice relaxing and instructive read. Even so, make no mistake as this is not just an apartment: it is set on a fully-serviced hotel, whose excellent staff provided the exceptional care of upscale hotel service: highly attentive to one's needs, and aptly fulfilling them with utmost professionalism, which is highly appreciated. This place encapsulates the quality and rigor of a grand hotel packaged in a discrete, cozy boutique hotel, a home away from home. The flexibility and independence of fully equipped accommodations with the exceptional service and care of professional hoteliers. Great location just a short walk away from the city centre, very safe, super friendly staff, clean rooms and very comfortable. They have a cute library area/ lounge where you can work if you don't want to stay in your room or once you have checked out and need to wait for a couple of hours. They also have a storage room that is very helpful if you want to go for a walk and leaving in the evening. There are some road works going on, but it's totally silent in the area where the hotel is located. I really loved this hotel and made my experience memorable! Thank you so much!!!

This 3-star hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the Louise Metro Station, which offers direct access to Gare du Midi in 3 stops. The European Parliament is a 15-minute walk away. I loved every detail of the hotel. A super cozy room, in a convenient distance from the tram and metro station. It's got lovely staff and It was really like they thought and put together every detail to make it perfect. The moment you enter the hotel a very pleasant fragrance welcomes you and this was a very good first impression for us. The room was spotless and a great breakfast with delicious options were available on the buffet.
