Facilities - Again, everything so thoughtful. The spa area was wonderful. The saunas and showers are comfy and offer enough privacy if you want it. The relaxation room was exactly that, I could've gladly stayed there overnight if someone asked me to. The game room with pool tables and board games is a really nice touch. My BF and I had a lot of fun. Great idea for guests wanting to stay in and just relax. Staff - Everyone was kind and explained everything we needed to know right from the start. All together a great deal if you find yourself in the area.

Bicycles are provided free of charge. The hotel is excellent, beautifully furnished, exceptionally large rooms with a spacious bathroom and lovely balcony right in the heart of Velden. The spa is very nice and the breakfast was tasty with a wide range of options available. The restaurant is very good and we ate lunch and dinner there also and it was very good. We also took advantage of the free bicycle option and cycled all the way around Lake Worthersee, a very nice trip. Expensive but standard for the location. We didn't use the lake access but were given passes if we had wanted to do so.
