Staff was gentle.Good location, a lot of restaurants around. Breakfast was really good and full. Will recommend this hotel to my friends.

She really is the best. Communication with Fma staff is always quick and on point. I highly recommend staying here specially during business days, not so much during the weekends or on holidays.

Though I never met the host in person (there is no "front desk" here), Javier was kind, helpful, and incredibly responsive. His communication via WhatsApp was excellent. He went above and beyond to address an issue with the refrigerator (handled within 5 minutes) to arrange laundry service, and to provide luggage storage. (There are large luggage lockers in the lobby that may be used prior to checkin or after checkout.) Breakfast is served in the lovely Bixi Cafe next door. This is a great place to stay!
