The staff was the nicest and most attentive I have yet experienced. They carried our luggage all the way up to the hotel because there were only steps, no ramps. They also parked our car because the parking situation is a bit difficult there. The receptionist gave us inspiration on what to do in the city and also recommended the free walking tour to us, which was great. The room was very pretty and smelled really nice the first time we entered, and it was cleaned every day. Breakfast was amazing, they prepared it freshly for us and served it to the table. The fried eggs were spot on. It was also nice to sit on the terrace while having good coffee. The way to the city center was a bit of a climb but with the shortcut the staff showed us it was manageable.

Location - perfect, couple of minutes walking to the old bazar . Breakfast - done with love, fresh and contains everything the body needs . The owner edmond - a very kind and caring guy that gives his guest the best experience, its hard to describe by words, the experience itself tells everything . God to keep you edmond and your family and wish you the best .

We arrived to the hotel a bit late but they were very understanding and our room was ready with no issues. They quickly helped us settle, suggested places we can visit. The room heated up quickly with the ac, the water was very hot. We wanted to have our breakfast at 9:00 and it was all ready and delicious. Thank you for this nice experience. If we ever go back, we'd definetly stay here again.

The breakfast also was good. The building itself and the rooms are dated but comfortable, whereas the bathroom appears to have been built in recent years.

Cleanest apartment in Albania, newly renovated and meticulously maintained. Hosts were amazing and breakfast included was fantastic set in a lovely courtyard. I highly recommend.

The owners have decorated the rooms with delicate taste themed on the original building purpose, a stitching factory. We have been warmly welcomed upon our arrival and were able to meet the owners. Breakfast was delicious! Definitely the best experience of our Albanian trip, by far.
