The hotel is new, and so is the furniture, making the stay feel fresh and comfortable. The rooms were impressively clean and quite spacious compared to other hotels in Madinah, which was a pleasant surprise. I arrived early in the morning, around 8 AM, and they kindly accommodated me with an early check-in. Mazn AlKurdi at the reception was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. They also allowed me a late check-out, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent, the rooms were large and clean, and I highly recommend this hotel for its great staff and modern amenities.

It's super central and a great deal. The breakfast buffet is awesome, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything you'd need. The only thing is that the standard rooms don't all have the same view. Mine wasn't the best, but it was fine. Overall, it's a really, really good hotel. Definitely recommend it.
