The room was clean, with thick walls that blocked noise from neighbors, and the bed was comfortable. The owner was kind and shared some of the food and drinks they prepared, giving a taste of the local flavor. There are several local restaurants right in front of the apartment, and a shopping mall is nearby. The cleaner was very friendly, which made the stay enjoyable. A water dispenser was also available, which was convenient for staying hydrated.

Location is accessible to cafeteria, restaurants, mall, and also close to bus terminal and beach. They also provide toiletries, towels etc, plus there is also a shared kitchen with basic kitchen utensils and appliances.The price is worth it. Not to mention that rooms and bathrooms are very clean and quiet👍 You will also be assisted by their owner/ staff who are very nice, welcoming, and responsive to inquiries, thank you to Sumith. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location was very hard to find but Lily the owner went above and beyond to help us to get at property in picking us up from the airport.

The perfect hotel to stay for a family with children. We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 6-year-old child. Tickets for the theme park were provided for all of us. The location is perfect, with the hotel situated between Warner Brothers (1 minute away) and Water World (3 minutes away) theme parks. Ferrari park, Yas mall, and Sea World are all near the hotel, eliminating the need for taxis or other transportation. The pool zone was ideal for children, and the animators were excellent. We will definitely come back here again this year.
