Downstairs@38 is perfect for couples or a single person. Has a fully equipped kitchenette, washing machine, Tv etc. Lovely big shower. Very comfortable super kingsize bed. Location is central with lots of restaurants nearby and the beach very close. Also has secure parking and even though you are stay on the hosts property you are completely separate with your own entrance.

All the facilities were excellent and we enjoyed our stay very much. The host was very friendly and informative and even graced us with a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge and firewood for the braai! Brian was a fantastic host. For us, it was the perfect place to stay overnight in Port Elizabeth. It's close to a great bar and two restaurants. It has a really comfortable bed and there are several places within easy reach for a nice breakfast. It's a short journey to the airport, so for us was the perfect choice.
