The best hotel in our whole Vietnam tour! Super clean, delicious breakfast and great staff. Lady Lanh Lanh really went out of her way to accomodate all our wishes and helped us big time with ticket purchase to Fansipan. Definitely reccomend this place!!

The hotel looks really nice and new, colorful latterns are decorating rooftop during the night. Accommodation is perfectly located near the lake in the city center. The room was clean and stylish with a refrigerator and two huge beds. Stuff was truly kind and willing to help. As a nice gesture, we received the package of water and fruits when we were leaving. Even though staying just for one night, our experience was pleasant.
