This hotel was truly lovely, and I would HIGHLY recommend. From the moment we stepped in we were offered delicious hot tea, and greeted with a big smile! Rooms were a generous size, clean, and we loved sitting up on the top balcony for a takeaway pizza dinner in the evening. The wonderful manager Chau in particular was incredibly helpful with many recommendations on where to eat, advice for activities and honestly became like a friend during our stay. The hotel is walking distance to the lake and to sunworld which is handy, but it’s a little quieter than being right in the centre of everything which is nice. If I came back to Sapa, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing property. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially helping with our arrival early in the morning and our evening departure, even letting us come back after checking out to leave bags and use facilities like showering with fresh towel. Really nice locations and rooms live up to what we expected.

The serenity of the place is amazing - somewhat separate from the hustle&bustle of the centre which is crowded with hotels, here one sits in a garden with flowers, vegetables (which are also used for dinner), kittens and puppies. By far the best choice for you, been here for a couple of days with friends, from the beginning when we arrived at the middle with them making sure we have everything with a huge smile and kindness. An unfortunate event when a local crashed my friend with a bike took a turn when the hotel staff intervened and helpd with everything we needed from talking and helping us with the police threw the payment that the local didn’t wanted to pay at the beginning, definitely will come back and recommend.
