Staff was very friendly! We arrived by night bus from Hanoi at 6am. We were offered to enjoy some breakfast , free of charge. The manager then made sure our room was ready as soon as possible and asked my number to keep us informed. We went for a coffee and +/- an hour later we could already check-in in our room and could enjoy a few more hours of sleep in a very nice bungalow. Great experience!

Absolutely lovely stay in the Sapa at Mountain Queen House! Mr. Kim and his staff made us feel warmly welcome from the moment we stepped in and took such good care of us the entire stay. They took care of the laundry, set us up with tickets to local attractions and arranged a taxi drive whenever needed. Everything was done with such a kindness and expertise. The hotel is located perfectly close to the center but still in a peaceful neighborhood. It is also very beautifully taken care of and super clean. Breakfast was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. Nothing but a warm recommendation for this unique hotel! ❤️

The accommodation was very pleasant and the hotel felt cozy. The biggest highlight was the owner’s friendliness and willingness to help — he always took great care of everything and was happy to accommodate our requests, even when they were not arranged in advance. A great advantage is also the possibility to rent a scooter, use the laundry service, and arrange an early check-in or late check-out for a small fee. We truly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this accommodation.

The staff were fantastic, really took care of us, even got a room upgrade. A young guy that worked there was from one of the villages, he took us on a private trekking tour, it was a great experience. They re-opened about a month ago and really go the extra mile to ensure you have a good stay. Great location with views over the lake.
