excellent welcome and preoffesionalism. I felt safe at all times. I arrived at midnight alone at the airport, I sent a whatsapp message to the hotel who said a driver would pick me up in 10 minutes, they described the car and numberplate so I knew I was getting in the right one, the same guy who drove the car was also the receptionist! The next morning I needed some breakfast and I was directed to a lovely local kitchen for some Bun cha. I trusted the guy very much and he is a credit to the hotel! First night in Vietnam was a very good one!! I highly recommend staying here, don't bother getting a taxi by yourself in the middle of the night, take these guys up on their shuttle offer!

A perfect stay near the airport. The hotel’s shuttle picked us up within minutes of arrival, which was extremely convenient. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and started early—ideal for early flights. We also booked a tour through the hotel, and everything was well organized from pick-up to drop-off. Fantastic value and great service. Andy was very nice and helpful, I will be back.

Jademay was a really nice, modern hotel. My room was spacious and came with all the amenities that you would need. Highlight was having free reign over the air con (some properties I've stayed in haven't let me switch the settings) which was particularly useful because I was sick and needed a heater. The bathroom was really nice too and was very clean. The staff were all extremely kind and polite. Jademay will be my go-to pick if I ever need to stay near Hanoi airport again!

Liam and Mr Đạo were amazing! I felt very safe, comfortable and they really ensured that I had a smooth transition from the moment I booked the hostel! Amazing help organising taxis from Hà Nội to the accomodation and to the airport. I even went on a nice bike ride with Mr Đạo - a very wholesome experience! The noodles there were amazing as well! They even put me in my own room and let me stay a little longer for my later flight! Im a female solo traveller and would stay here again- I would recommend this place to anyone. Very kind and welcoming people, great price snd only 10-15 min drive to the airport.
