excellent welcome and preoffesionalism. I felt safe at all times. I arrived at midnight alone at the airport, I sent a whatsapp message to the hotel who said a driver would pick me up in 10 minutes, they described the car and numberplate so I knew I was getting in the right one, the same guy who drove the car was also the receptionist! The next morning I needed some breakfast and I was directed to a lovely local kitchen for some Bun cha. I trusted the guy very much and he is a credit to the hotel! First night in Vietnam was a very good one!! I highly recommend staying here, don't bother getting a taxi by yourself in the middle of the night, take these guys up on their shuttle offer!

The place was so helpful, and accepted my dog which was a great plus. It is a ten minute drive from the airport, so if you have a short layover in Hanoi for the price I think this place is perfect. I needed a few things and they went out of their way to help me, gave me a huge role of tape. The area is very local and cute. The WIFI was strong. AC worked great and the shower even had a bath and very nice hot water. Overall, I think the best part about this place was how close it was to the airport and how great the customer service was. I forgot my necklace, and they ran it to me in the taxi on my motorbike. These are the kind of things I am really going to miss about Vietnam. Fantastic value for money! Thanks for allowing my pup!
