Super friendly and helpful staff, the place is clean, the location was excellent. Variety of the breakfast was both Vietnamese and western, a bit on a limited side but you wouldn’t be bothered. The staff spoke English well and are extremely caring and enthusiastic. Recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hanoi, Vietnam and staying at the Hanoi Traveler House. From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional. The hotel itself was very good, offering comfortable accommodations and a welcoming atmosphere. What truly set this place apart, however, was the staff. The entire team was incredibly cooperative, and the manager, in particular, was a shining example of hospitality. She had a heart of gold and welcomed guests with warmth and positivity every single time we entered the hotel, no matter how frequent our visits. Their slogan, "Your home away from home," couldn't be more accurate. I genuinely felt like I was in a home away from home during my stay, with the entire staff making me feel like a part of their family. This sense of belonging made my time in Hanoi all the more wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hanoi Traveler House to anyone visiting Hanoi. It's a place where you not only find excellent accommodations but also experience the warmth and hospitality that make a trip truly memorable. It was a truly wonderful experience that I won't soon forget
