We had an amazing stay! The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, the room & bed were comfortable, and there were loads of nice little touches like free tea & pastries available in the lobby in the afternoon. Great location, central but very quiet rooms, and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was fantastic too. Easily the best hotel I've stayed in Vietnam!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel ☺️ I stayed for only one night, but I wish I could have stayed for longer! The staff was incredibly nice, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. A special thanks to Mr Darling, who treated me to some extra green bean cakes after I mentioned I enjoy them so much! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hanoi ☺️

One of the BEST hotel to stay in Hanoi, hotel is located at prime location in the old quarters area where you have multiple option for shopping and you can enjoy the local food and culture . All staff were supportive, Emma snd Nancy supported and provided us the best tour package for Ha long bay. Emma also arranged good vegetarian breakfast for us. Thank you all!! I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. The staff are so friend and helpful. The bed is very comfortable, the room was big, the breakfast had a big selection and was very tasty. The location is perfect. It’s so close to old quarter and also to the lake. The room was cleaned every day. I was heading to the airport and one of the employees (I can’t remember his name) not only price matched Grab for me with their place service but gave it to me for 10k cheaper. Highly highly recommended!

Aiden, Rusi, Christina, Suzy, Emily, and even all of staff here take care of my family, arrange the car to the airport and prepare take away breakfast for us also a day trip to Ninh Binh. Would definitely RCM!!! Great location and close to the old quarter. Everything walking distance.
