The host welcomed me with a bright smile and helpful guidance, making the check-in process smooth and setting the tone for my entire stay. It's rare these days to feel such personal attention and care, but here at GM Homestay, it felt natural, like being welcomed into a family home. The room itself was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated with simple but tasteful design, and filled with natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. The small kitchen setup and washing machine were lifesavers, especially for someone like me who likes the freedom to cook simple meals and manage laundry during longer stays. Every detail, from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the neatly arranged toiletries, showed how much thought the owners put into creating a space that's not just functional, but truly comforting. Even small things like extra towels, good lighting for reading, and a little corner to sit and work made a big difference to me. It’s the kind of thoughtfulness that makes a place unforgettable. The location was another huge bonus — situated in a quiet alley, so peaceful at night, but just a short ride to the bustling city center, with cafes, shops, and local markets all within easy reach. What I love the most was the host's enthusiasm and responsiveness. I really appreciated how he detailed the check-in formality for us through messages, which facilitated the checkin process. Secondly, since we are not locals, it was very nice of him to recommended us with variety of food that we could explore around the city. Of course, the hygiene and comfortability of our shelter was provided. Lastly, the price was reasonable, therefore, it was worth-to-stay.

Nam at Merry House was amazing!!! He was an absolute joy to meet and work with. We were not happy with our first room. Although it was lovely and had a beautiful view, we preferred a room that did not have the street below us. In a matter of minutes he was able to find the perfect room for us without making us feel foolish. Thank you Nam!!!!! We had an absolute blast on a food tour with him. Thank you Nam, for spending the day with us and showing us around your town and all its delicious food!!! Your kindness and enthusiasm is contagious! We absolutely loved our spacious, clean room and even did our laundry!!!!! There was a rack to hang clothes to dry or we could dry them in the washer/dryer. Moments from the apartment is a street FULL of delicious foods to choose from.

Very clean and in a great location. Wished they had a gym area, but you can’t have everything. The gentleman in the kitchen area was lovely and tried to give us a few tips.

Very friendly and welcoming host family. The room was good sized and spotlessly clean. Good location - quiet but only 20 mins walk to centre and train station. There's also a lake just across the road for a pleasant stroll.

The apartments are located in a very quiet and developed neighborhood. There are many sports grounds and all the necessary social facilities, stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. A large Shopping Center is 20 minutes walk away. The neighborhood is very clean and sporty. The apartment has everything you need. Ideal place for a business trip.
