The staff was very polite, the room was great, spacious, clean, WiFi in the room (some properties in the area struggle with this), everywhere in the facilities was possible to pay with VISA (which was next to impossible to find in Venezuela), all in all very great property and staff, felt like in Europe

Very good hostel in a safe and pretty location of Caracas. Many really restaurants around and in walking distance to the Metro station. In the hostel there is also a kitchen you can use, there is air conditioning in the rooms and it’s clean. Also warm water in the shower! The staff is also very helpful

Everything we needed for a confortable stay. It was clean, had water to drink, warm water in the showers, comfortable beds… Rosmary picked us up at the airport for a good price and she took us to buy some food before we arrived at the apartment. She welcomed us with kindness and warmth. I recommend staying in this place if you want to be close to the airport.

The rooms are in a very beautiful and safe neighborhood. The owners were very helpful & happy people. The breakfast was for me perfect. The room was very clean with wifi, TV and a/c.
