We appreciate the complimentary upgrade. Very spacious room. Beds were very comfortable. Decent restaurant in the same parking lot. Free parking. Quality shampoo and soap. Convenient to drive to the airport. Decently sized indoor pool. Great to get in a real swim before a long flight.

Warm and welcoming staff. Great team, especially the three furry taste testers they employ. Great communications prior to our stay and upon self-check-in. The breakfast were varied and really tasty. The bed was really comfortable and meant two great nights sleep. If we find ourselves in Portland again we would only stay here. One of the friendliest, most homely places we’ve ever stayed in. Erin especially is like a long lost sister. Great job!!!

Room was clean, adequate and comfortable with fridge and microwave which came in handy. Location was good for our purposes of not being in a tourist hub but being in between Portland, Old Orchard Beach and not too far from Ogunquit. No bells and whistles but completely suitable for our needs. Would have liked a coffee machine in the room.
