Great location. Convenient for our soccer tournament site and surrounding restaurants. Easy to make the quick drive to the beach. Executive queen suite makes it a comfortable stay for a family of 5. Very clean and breakfast is a nice bonus.

Spacious room with kitchenette in a lovely setting. Many nice touches (warm blanket for curling up on the sofa, restaurant recommendations, etc). Easy parking and clear communication. The area is residential, but it is a 20 minute walk from historic Pensacola. Nice curtains provide privacy. There was minimal footstep noise from upstairs, nothing abnormal for an old historic home such as this.

Our room 317 was very spacious and comfy. Great shower and good sized towels. The pool, although it was inside was a good temperature, not to hot and not to cold. Breakfast was a good start to the day. It saddens me with the amount of plastic going in the bin. Parking was a bonus. Wifi quick and easy. We had dinner just a short walk away at Sonny’s Barbecue and I would recommend this for an easy and very tasty meal

Our room 317 was very spacious and comfy. Great shower and good sized towels. The pool, although it was inside was a good temperature, not to hot and not to cold. Breakfast was a good start to the day. It saddens me with the amount of plastic going in the bin. Parking was a bonus. Wifi quick and easy. Awesome house. Very clean and high standard equipment. Has everything you need. The location is fantastic to go downtown for drinks or dinner. Also easy access to the bridge leading to Pensacola Beach. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely recommend!
