The room was clean and beds comfortable. We stayed only for 1 night before catching an early morning flight and the location was great. Across the street from the airport. We would stay here again if flying out of Buffalo.

The location was simply the best. The shuttle was already at the airport when we got off the main entrance and only took couple of minutes to get the to the hotel. The driver and the whole staff were extremely kind. Especially the receptionist who greeted us and the person who were taking care of the breakfast. The room was clean, spacious and cosy, and the bed was comfortable.

This by far was an amazing hotel! Absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable! I did have makeup stains on my duvet cover but I didn’t use it anyways. Other than that…..it was a perfect night! The bed……omg……like sleeping on a cloud!

The location is idea for us because it is situated near most of our favourite stores and restaurants. It is also close to I90 which is the main hwy we use to get downtown to the KeyBank arena to watch the Sabers. The hotel environment is welcoming, and very hospitable. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We received a complimentary breakfast which offered many options. The lobby offers a variety of entertainment options, along with a gym and a generous sized pool. It is also pet friendly, a service we did not use, but appreciated. Check-in and out was a breeze. The clerk was very friendly and even signed us up for a rewards program that we will be sure to use for further travel.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The bathroom was spotless.
