We decided to book this hotel after walking through the area on a previous visit to Istanbul. The location is great within walking distance of all the main attractions. It is also situated next door to one of the best hamams in Istanbul and also the finest restaurant we dined at. The service was top notch with old school hospitality that you struggle to find these days. The hotel management were kind enough to upgrade our room which was a nice gesture which we appreciated. The room they gave us was truly fit for a queen.

The hotel is close by the tram station and by the ferry station . The hotel is new and is located in a central but quiet area. The room was cozy with a pleasant design , beds very comforable , bathroom very clean , opaque curtains on the window . The good part was that the cleaning staff entered the room if /when we wanted . Breakfast with many dishes with daily novelties. Tasty and enough food. Prompt service. I felt very good in this hotel ! The hotel staff made a gesture that impressed me and that proves the attention with which the hotel's guests are treated : for my birthday , they gave me a nice and delicious birhday cake ! A very , very pleasant surprise ! When we left the hotel , When we finished our stay , we received souvenirs from the hotel.A nice gesture ! Thanks to those who contributed ( mr. Kenan , Alev , Ahmet , Fuat , Oģuzhan ) to making my stay very pleasant and unforgettable !

Location fantastic. Right near the metro and tram. Very clean hotel new and modern. Very nice staff especially Mehmet, he was so welcoming friendly and made us feel so comfortable during our stay, always helpful and always made an effort. Make sure to introduce yourself to him as he is a fantastic worker and human!

The first thing that struck me upon arrival was the incredible warmth and friendliness of the staff. They greeted me warmly, efficiently handled my check-in, and quickly escorted me to my room. Throughout my stay, their approachability and readiness to assist only added to the experience. Initially, I had some reservations about the room size, having come across reviews highlighting this aspect. However, I found the space to be perfectly adequate—comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with enough room for all our belongings. Given the reasonable price, the room size was just right! What truly impressed me was the hotel's location. Situated within a brief 5-minute walk from Taksim Square, and similarly close to bus and metro stations, the convenience it offered for exploring the city was unparalleled. Despite its proximity to Taksim's vibrant atmosphere, our nights were undisturbed, offering peaceful sleep away from the hustle and bustle of nearby clubs—though these too were within easy reach, about a 10-minute walk, for those interested. Safety concerns were alleviated upon noticing the significant police presence in and around the hotel area, adding a layer of reassurance to our stay. Overall, my experience was amazing, particularly considering the price. I am already looking forward to my next visit! :) :)

It was a more than wonderful stay for us in this hotel. The hotel is new, the furniture and everything is new and clean. The location is excellent and close to all tourist attractions. The staff are very respectful and friendly. The owner of the hotel is a very generous man and was very interested in everything. He recommended that the staff bring us any... Something we want. I recommend this place to all visitors because it is wonderful. We will return to Istanbul and choose this place :)
