We stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied! The location is excellent—just a two-minute walk from Taksim Square, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff is simply amazing—very friendly and helpful. They even upgraded us to a better room than we originally booked (from an economy room to a more comfortable one). After check-out, they allowed us to leave our luggage, and before our departure, they even found a scale for us to weigh our bags. The room was cozy, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was simple but tasty and filling. Overall, this is a great and cozy hotel with wonderful staff. Definitely recommended!

I liked everything about the Hotel. Very well located in Sultanhamet, close to many attractions, public transportation and the sea, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel's Staff was it’s best value. Miss Oumaima, in charge of Guest Relations, was one of the Jewels of the hotel. She was always ready to give you a helping hand and make you feel at home. Sema in the restaurant, Mustafa, and those at the Reception desk were also attentive, willing to help with anything. The Hotel offered all the services needed for an enjoyable visit. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy and have great memories of their stay in Istanbul. I will definitely return
