We had an amazing stay at Cappadocia Secret Hill Cave Suites. Everything was truly perfect and it became one of my best travel experiences. The view of the hot air balloons during sunrise was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were wonderful—from the receptionist to the cleaners—always welcoming and helpful. My room was warm and cozy during the cold nights, and everything was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious and tasted just like homemade food. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cappadocia. It’s an unforgettable experience!

The communication was better than any other place I’ve stayed at, they responded quickly and set up transfers and bookings for things like balloon rides almost immediately. The room was very comfortable and was cleaned daily, tea and coffee were available in the room and also replaced every day. The location is perfect - very close to everything and easy to walk to the open air museum and other hiking areas or viewpoints. And there’s also a supermarket and ATMs within a minute or two walking, as well as tons of restaurants and shops etc.

The room was nice and spacious. Pool, rooftop and restaurant for breakfast was accessible. They do room service for breakfast as well (although we haven’t tried) and I like that their menu shows a variety of not just food but things you might need (electronics, clothes, etc).

What a memorable stay from the moment we stepped in this lovely boutique hotel. The staff was amazing and so helpul. We were offered complemetary drink when checking in. The check-in was perfect and the staff helped us to book all our tours which were all really good. We were upgraded in a bigger room with such a view with a french balcony . To see the ballons in the morning was really magical.The room is nicely decorated and so spacious and the brealfast is just the best. What a memorable stay we had . I wish I could come back again . I want to say thank you to all the great staff there. The food is divine . I will definetely stay there again if I had to go back . For me it is really the best and very well situated . Close to the village . the restaurant being on top is just the best to see the ballons in the morning. It was really like being in a fairy tale. What a treat!

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely hotel a bit outside the city center of Goreme. 5mn walk and you are in the center and 5mn walk and you are at the start of amazing hikes. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was THE ABSOLUTE BEST BREAKFAST EVER ! The triple room was nice, clean and spacious with a nice balcony. We had an amazing time in the Elite stone house hotel. You can also see in the morning the balloons from the rooftop terrace. Thank you so much for your warm welcome, hot tea and good advices. If we come back to Cappadocia we know where to go. Thanks.

The location was excellent and the roof terrace gave beautiful views of the balloons in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the room was lovely and cosy and very clean. The rooms also have a fridge which was ideal for keeping our water cold in the heat! We loved meeting the resident cat, Kizim who was always around at breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and polite at all times. The breakfast was also great with a lovely selection and fresh eggs made to order.

For the price we got a lot. The room was very clean and the cleaning lady kept it that way throughout our stay. The breakfast was surprisingly very good for what we paid. The night receptionist is an asset to this hotel. He is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The owner is also very helpful. He helped us get a good deal for the balloon compared to other agencies. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for budget accomodation.

Súper recomendado !!! Instalaciones, atención y ubicación. :) The best thing about the accommodation was the attention of Serdar and Armand, who with their kindness made our stay very pleasant. The location of the hotel is ideal, very close to places of interest. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Finally, at the hotel they offered us tours (motorcycle, ballon flight , show typical dance), very pleasant, punctual and at a good price. Highly recommended.

Property is very clean, has a cave vibe. The rooftop has a clear view of the hot air balloons. When i went, it was only me and my friends who stayed there which was very very nice, Our host, Sultan gave us full attention, helped us planned our tours + hot air balloon which was way cheaper than i originally booked for. Sultan also made us feel like home, cooked for us breakfast. Very very nice place, highly recommended!!!! Very near the hot air balloon location. Great place to explore around.

Helpful and nice staff especially Mr. Selim and one friendly lady there too. Such comfortable and great location. You can walk to Gerome Bus Station and many shops nearby (also travel agents if you want to search good deal for any tour). You also will had good breakfast buffet here (according to the budget we pay). Room is clean, and had kettle too.
